Very good hotel in a great location with excellent customer service.
Good sized room, very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Loved the Starbucks coffee shop integrated into the hotel lobby. Excellent customer service from hotel staff. Staff had very good English language skills.
As a personal preference, I don't like bath and shower combinations. But the bathroom was extremely clean and had all the conveniences you need while traveling.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was small for the price. Horrible view. Definitely not a 5 star hotel
